Veer Karamjit Singh (MH17)
1960-2014
Veer Karamjit Singh is the Co-Founder of Simran Group. Veer Karamjit Singh worked for ExxonMobil as an OIMS and Safety Adviser. In accordance to Guruji's Hukam, Veerji left all of us in the infamous MH17 plane crash. Veerji leaves behind his wife, Phenji Harbinder Kaur and his two lovely sons, Amarpal Singh and Melvinderjit Singh.
Veer Karamjit Singh had put his soul and mind towards the running of the Simran Group Samelan from the very first Simran Group Samelan in 2004 until his demise. Veerji is responsible for sponsoring of T-shirts in all Simran Group Samelans. We have been informed by a reliable source that when Veerji's body was found, he was wearing one of the SImran Group Samelan t-shirt. This just goes to show his dedication and passion towards the Samelan. Despite his busy schedule, he attended the Samelans and was greatly active in the Langgar sewa. He would be the first one to rise and the last one to go to bed at the Samelans. He will be greatly missed by all the Sewadars and Participants whom he inspired through his humility and compassion.
This is a short message from us to Veerji
"Veerji we know you are in the House of Waheguru. Please be assured that we will continue this Samelans and your vision of instilling the values of Sikhi in the Sikh Naujawans of Malaysia. Veerji you will be greatly missed, especially by your dearest Kemey Veerji. May Waheguruji bless your beautiful soul".
